UUCOB Calendar of Events Instructions

You may also select any number of events on the calendar and do any of the following:

ADD TO MY CALENDAR - adds that event directly to your personal Microsoft Outlook Calendar, or your online calendar with Yahoo, Google, MSN hotmail, Apple iCal or Trumba.

NOTIFY ME OF CHANGES - the calendar will automatically email you if anyone makes any changes to the events time, date, location, etc.

FORWARD TO FRIENDS - an email message containing the event information will be sent to the email addresses you enter.

REMIND ME BY EMAIL - the calendar will send you an email reminder anywhere from 5 minutes to a month before any number of events.

REMIND ME BY TEXT MESSAGE - the calendar will send a text message to your cell phone anywhere from five minutes to a month before any number of events.

EMAIL ME EVENT INFO - the calendar will send you an email with the information for any number of events.

TEXT MESSAGE ME EVENT INFO - the calendar will send you an email with the information for any number of events.

DOWNLOAD EVENTS - you may download event information as a .ics file - which is a standard internet calendar file and can be imported into almost all online and desktop calendar programs.

PRINT - clicking the print button will open the calendar in a new browser window in a print-ready format. Be sure to turn on and off the particular events that you would like to display.
